Can I bring my child in?
For the safety of your children and the enjoyment of all of our guests, children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the salon for any reason, including services. The salon is full of potential hazards (sharp scissors, slippery floors, hot irons, chemicals) and even the most well-behaved children are at risk of injury.
What is your return policy?
All product returns must be made within 8 weeks of purchase.
Can I change my hair after my appointmennt?
We are committed to giving you hair that you love. If you have concerns about your cut or color, contact us within 7 days of your service to schedule an adjustment.
Can I cancel my appointment?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice of any changes to or cancellations of appointments. Appointments that are cancelled within less than 24 hours or no-shows must be paid in full and will be charged to a credit card. Subsequent appointments cannot be made until all outstanding charges are paid.
Where can I park?
We gladly validate for parking up to 2 hours in any City of Boulder parking garage.
