Our Policies
Child Safety
For the safety of your children and the enjoyment of all of our guests, children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the salon for any reason, including services. The salon is full of potential hazards (sharp scissors, slippery floors, hot irons, chemicals) and even the most well behaved children are at risk of injury.
Appointment Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice of any changes to or cancellations of appointments. Appointments that are cancelled within less than 24 hours or no-shows must be paid in full and will be charged to a credit card. Subsequent appointments cannot be made until all outstanding charges are paid.
Product Returns
All product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, one use.
No Dogs
Service animals are welcome!
Hair adjustments
We are committed to giving you hair that you love. If you have concerns about your cut or color, contact us within 7 days of your service to schedule an adjustment.
Parking
We gladly validate for parking up to 3 hours in the 15th and Pearl Street Garage.

Each client at Bolder Colours is automatically enrolled in our rewards program.
For every dollar you spend on services or products, you earn 1 point. Points are then redeemable for free services.
